User Name and
Password: Each dealer is assigned a unique User
Name and Password that allows them to log onto our secure
servers where they can access comprehensive information
about their accounts and perform a wide range of account
management activities.
Be sure your "caps lock"
key is off and your connection to the internet is active,
then type in your User Name and Password exactly as it was
given to you. Your User Name and Password
are case sensitive (for example, if your password is "HouseKey",
typing the word "housekey" in all lower case letters will
not work).
Logging into Virtual Desktop:
You must use access this application using Internet
Explorer as your browser.
